Using Tapioca Starch in Stews

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
